3. Control system
Engine mounted control panel in a vibration isolated sheet steel enclosure with a hinged lockable door. Deepsea, ComAp, Smartgen controller for your choice.
4. Base frame
The complete generating set is mounted as a whole, on a heavy duty fabricated, welded steel base frame. The base frame incorporates built-in fuel tank and specially designed lifting points.
5. Quality Standards
Our gensets are in accordance with the following Standards: GB/T2820m, ISO8528, IEC34-1, VDE0875-N, GB755, EN60034, BS5000, VDE0530, NEMA MG1-32.
6. Tests
Each generator set has been got through 2 hours load test for running 0%, 25% , 50%, 75%, 100% and 110% load , all protective devices and control function are simulated and checked before despatch.
7. Warranty
All equipment is guaranteed for the period of 1000 hours or 12 months. (Warranty will be invalid if customer disobey the requirement of the operation and maintenance in Generator set Technical Manual.)
